Melinda Hill is a comedian. She started out at the Groundlings and now does stand up.She's written and performed in 2 different one woman shows. "What's This Life For? (Stories of a Girl Who Was In a Creed Video)" directed by Tom Gianas.The other one was a parody of a one woman show called "Fabreze Johnson: A Personal Journey of the Soul", directed by Drew Droege.She played the valley girl voice in the Citibank Identity Theft spot which won an Emmy for "most outstanding commercial."She was nominated for a "Best Actress" award at the 2006 Channy Awards.
She writes a weekly column called "Stories of a Girl Who Was In a Creed Video".Creator of the hit Los Feliz comedy show "What's Up Tiger Lily?" She produces and performs in the weekly show with Maria Bamford and special guest comedians which originated in October 2006. Prior to this show, Melinda created the hit live comedy shows "Chat Room" and "Girls Gone Weird," both of which were featured comedy picks in LA Weekly.She was the first comedian to do stand up on the Bonnie Hunt show. She performed on their season finale show May 25, 2009 which also featured guests Hank Azaria and Mary McCormack.
